Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Absolutely! BYO food and snacks are always welcome. We provide glasses, ice, and esky space. Easy finger foods and snacks work best while cruising on the Broadwater.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety is always our #1 priority. If weather conditions make cruising unsafe, we offer a free date change or full refund. We will notify you as early as possible.
How do I confirm my booking?

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations 14+ days before charter: full refund. Cancellations 7–13 days prior: 50% refund. Within 7 days: non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability. Weather cancellations initiated by us: always a full refund or free reschedule.
How many people can come aboard?
Our power catamaran comfortably accommodates up to 38 guests (subject to conditions). For smaller groups, we offer shared sunset cruises and private charters. The boat features a wide open deck for dancing and socialising, plus a comfortable indoor lounge — perfect for groups of any size from 10 to 38.

How much does it cost to hire the boat for a party on the Gold Coast?
Our private boat charters start from $1,000 for a 2-hour Sunset Cruise (whole boat, up to 38 guests), $1,500 for a 3-hour Half Day Tour, and $3,000 for a full 6-hour day charter. All pricing is flat-rate per charter — not per person — making it outstanding value when split across your group. For example, a 3-hour charter at $1,500 with 20 guests works out to just $75 per person. Prices may vary on public holidays and peak season (December–January, school holidays).

We depart from Southport and Main Beach on the Gold Coast Broadwater, Gold Coast QLD 4215. The exact departure point (pontoon or marina) is confirmed at booking confirmation. Free parking is available nearby. Our location is easily accessible from all Gold Coast areas including Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Hope Island, Sanctuary Cove, and the Northern Gold Coast. We are approximately 45 minutes from Brisbane.
